We will replace items at no extra cost to you if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange an item, contact us immediately at beutiqcs@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item. Otherwise, your request will not be processed.
- Product return request must be made within 7 working days from date received.
- Damaged items must be returned together with their original box and receipt.

What will I get back after returning the item(s)?
You can choose to have either a prorated refund ( if order has applied promotion code ) in the form of Beutiq store credits, or you can choose to have the same product sent to you or a similar priced item. ( within 1-14 working days)
What about postage charges?
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process, then we will refund a maximum of RM 5.00 for your return shipping charges to your account in the form of store credits.

How can I return my purchase?

How long will it take to receive my refund/new item(s)?

Store credits, gift cards and voucher codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please take note that Beutiq Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any customs tax, duties or laws for each respective countries. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order to avoid any issues that may arise.
Should any issue arise with International Shipping and the parcel does not reach you, a partial refund may be processed once the parcel has been returned to our warehouse facility on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the partial refund will be given with the shipping rate deducted from the overall amount, so we advise you to check with your local authorities before placing an order.
