DELIVERY TIMES
All orders will be shipped during working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysia Public Holidays, from 10am to 5.30pm.

Please note that our warehouse will take 1 working day (24 hours) to process your order, after that it will be picked up by our courier partner.
Depending on your location, delivery will be the following (for Malaysia):
1 to 3 working days for West Malaysia
3 to 5 working days for East Malaysia
Our warehouse operations are on the following days - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (GMT+8). Closed on weekends and public holidays.

EXCHANGE
We will replace items at no extra cost to you if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange an item, contact us immediately at beutiqcs@gmail.com and we will send you instructions on getting your item to our return address in Malaysia.
Please take note that Beutiq Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any customs tax, duties or laws for each respective countries. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order to avoid any issues that may arise.
Should any issue arise with International Shipping and the parcel does not reach you, a partial refund may be processed once the parcel has been returned to our warehouse facility on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the partial refund will be given with the shipping rate deducted from the overall amount, so we advise you to check with your local authorities before placing an order.
